Global Challenge Dojo

About Us

The Dojo is a small-cohort training experience, not a lecture class. Students bring ideas or interests, practice weekly, receive feedback, revise, and build confidence. No finished idea required, just curiosity and commitment.

Competitions and pitch arenas are demanding. Students may want to enter Diamond Challenge, Conrad Challenge, Blue Ocean, or Technovation. BUT without structured practice, the stakes can feel overwhelming. The Dojo exists to change that.

Who is it for?

Students do not need a polished idea or a chosen competition to join. They need the drive to build, the openness to receive feedback, and the commitment to keep moving forward each week.

Middle and High School students with an idea, a problem they care about, or a team preparing for competition. You do not need a finished idea to join the Dojo.

Curious, coachable, and willing to work. Whether you are choosing a competition or already have one in mind, the Dojo meets you where you are.

The Right Fit

THE 10-SESSION TRAINING MODEL

Ten live online sessions, 60 minutes each, designed to take students from raw idea to competition-ready pitch. Training begins in November 2026 so students are ready for major competition deadlines starting in January 2027. A small cohort of around 10 students trains with dedicated coaches, expert mentors, and real pitch drills.

WHAT DO STUDENTS TRAIN?

The Dojo curriculum covers every stage of the builder journey, from discovering a real problem to standing in the arena and delivering a confident pitch.

Discovery & Development

Problem discovery, user research, idea development, and understanding the people your solution is built to serve.

Build & Model

Prototyping, business or impact model design, and storytelling — turning a raw idea into something real and compelling.

Pitch & Compete

Pitch deck creation, pitch delivery practice, Q&A training, and full competition readiness for the arena ahead.

Materials & Skills

An improved pitch deck or submission, practiced Q&A responses, and real confidence presenting under pressure.

A Competitive Plan

Structured feedback from coaches and experts, plus a clear next-step plan matched to the right competition or pitch arena.
